Nelly had a dilemma last week but now it looks like things are going to clear up.
The young woman who accused the artist of raping her wants to drop the case. The accuser claims that she was sexually violated on Nelly’s tour bus. TMZ reports that the victim’s lawyer Karen Koehler, says her client, “will not testify further in a criminal proceeding against him.”
Her legal reps claim that the case has taken a toll on her, and she doesn’t have the will power to deal with the backlash of going against a celebrity.

“Who will believe her?” Koehler adds. “People are saying horrible things already. She cannot handle this. She is about to break.”
