The Chicago native, Chance The Rapper, has recently announced that he will be performing at Obama’s Foundation Summit Concert. It will take place on Tuesday, October 31 and Wednesday, November 1. It will be a two-day event and will have leaders from across the country discussing press issues. Chance will close out the show along Gloria Estefan, The National and more special guests. Chano revealed the news with a YouTube video. “There’s a lot of great things going on Chicago and I love the collaborative effort of being able to be at some of these talks and hear what people have going on and figure out how I fit in,” he stated.

The Obama Foundation CEO David Simas is also looking forward to the event and as he describes it as the meeting of the minds. He states, “By having all of the Chicago young leaders come together in one room and curate and share ideas. With the event, they want to inspire individuals to see themselves change celebrate the engagement.”

Chance performed his new song featuring Daniel Caesar on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, in which is very delicate and peaceful and something that you can vibe to. Hopefully we will get this new music like this soon!
