Nelly still got dilemmas.
Although his accuser backed out of the rape case, claiming that she doesn’t wish to pursue the case any longer due to intimidation from the rapper, and the back lash from social media, law enforcement is still moving forward with the investigation. Auburn police are still collecting evidence to present to prosecutors next week.
Nelly’s attorney is confident that the case will get tossed, as he expects the police to “do their due diligence.” Whether or not Nelly will be charged is in the hands of the prosecutors.
