TMZ caught up with the mogul in Los Angeles and asked him what did he think of the recent events with the NFL and Kaepernick. Master P’s answer was basically to get his own and forget about the haters. “I’ll help him start his own league. I think he should, I mean he’s a great football player. I think the NFL should have some competition,” P said.

Master P is knowledgable about sport start ups. His Global Mixed Gender Basketball League is off to a good start, and is attracting the likes of the Gonzalez Twins, Glen “Big Baby” Davis, and Metta World Peace. However, he isn’t the only powerful entrepreneur who feels like ownership of a league will give Kaepernick, as well as other players, to demonstrate in the way they see fit.

Diddy took to Twitter to confess that he once had a dream to own an NFL team, but now the mogul is gunning for the entire league. Brooklyn rapper Joey Bada$$ also suggested that Black players don’t show up to work, pool their money, and launch their own league. Considering that majority of the NFL consists of Black players, this will really wake the NFL up about the power of Black unity.
