It means that the single has been streamed over four million times on music platforms in a short period of time. He has over 11 plaques alone combined this year and it keeps on rising. He has recently announced that he will be going on a surprise tour, 16*29, with Playboi Carti starting on November 17 in Denver, CO. It was announced early Wednesday morning.
