This track takes a more playful route opposed to the first single, “Make America Crip Again”. Obviously the song and album title is a play on President Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign slogan, but of course it will easily be misconstrued. The legendary West coast rapper wants to show the positive outlook of the country that POTUS can’t realize. “Certain people feel like we should make America ‘great again,’ but that time they’re referring to takes me back to separation and segregation so I’d rather make American Crip again,” Snoop said in a statement.

A lot of people glorify the gang banging and violence but forget that in the beginning, the Crip’s main and sole purpose was to be the reflection of the Black Panthers. They looked after kids, provided after school-activities, fed them, and stepped in as role models and father figures. When you listen to my records, there’s always been a mix of conscious records and party records and this EP continues that trend.

It’s dope to hear Uncle Snoop remind everyone of the gang’s positive origin, but everyone deserves to turn up every once in a while and who’s more fit to bless a feel good tune besides Chris? And we all know Mr. Coco knows how to get the crowd lit. So do yourself a favor and bump the record below.
