If there is any man that can do everything, it is the one and only Pharrell Williams.

Pharrell is set to team up with the writer of Girls Trip, Tracy Oliver, to bring the book Survive the Night to the silver screen. The film will follow a group of young women who attend an underground rave party in New York City. Things quickly go bad and the women are left fighting for their lives against a crazed killer. Music is set to be a huge part of the film.

It is reported that Warner Bros. will produce the movie that Pharrell, Mimi Valdes (his partner of i am OTHER), Elysa Dutton and Leslie Morgenstein will all help produce. Oliver, who has collaborated with both Pharrell and Valdes on the Awkward Black Girl a YouTube series, starring Issa Rae, will serve as the writer of the film. Oliver also has experience as a director, she wrote and directed the short film that accompanied R&B artist Jhene Aiko’s latest album, Trip.

Pharrell and Valdes were a part of the production team of Hidden Figures, starring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer and singer Janelle Monae. The hit told the story of three black women who played a vital and significant role in the NASA’s programs in the 1960s. A film that won several awards including, Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Williams is also producing a musical film called Atlantis, based on his childhood. The “Happy singer describes the film as a “Romeo and Juliet style story (with a musical element).” The film will be directed by Michael Mayer.
