Jaden Smith has been silent for the past three years, and the hiatus is officially over. He has declared 2017 will be his year, and released the trailer for his debut album SYRE: A Beautiful Confusion.
Jaden tweeted, “I Cordially Invite You To Visit SYRE Land via my Instagram. 3 Years In The Making Thank You #LongLiveSyre III. “
On his Instagram, he featured clips of visuals from his new project and music videos.
Throughout the year, Jaden teased singles such as “Diamonds V1,” “Watch Me” and “Batman,” and the new trailer showcases the unconventional confusion of SYRE. In the video, Jaden is posted up on a mountain with a pink sunset as the background, offering an artistic and picturesque setting. Jaden opens up as he connects with the frame, as tears well in his eyes and he delves into a song off of the album.
At the end of the introduction Jaden plainly states, “ I don’t wanna die, I don’t wanna live a lie.” This statement propels into fascinating visuals of Jaden levitating. He even drops a few bars from his project.
