When asked about Kaepernick’s future during an appearance on The Adam Carolla Show, Garages said:

“I think within the next 10 days somebody will sign him…I think the NFL has to come to their senses, and realize every day that goes by just proves the collusion case even more.”

The former San Francisco 49er filed a collusion lawsuit against the NFL owners on October 15 after he was unable to get a team to sign him during the offseason and at the beginning of the regular season. He has been without a team since his contract with the 49ers expired this past March.
