The “Questions” vocalist is a little frustrated with the calculation of album sales.

On October 31, Chris Brown dropped his jam-packed 45-track album Heartbreak on a Full Moon, however, the R&B singer isn’t too excited about the possible outcome of his album sales. According to his Instagram post on November 2, his eighth studio album will be credited by the RIAA for only three days of sales, rather than the first full week of the album’s release.

?So I’m hearing that I will only be credited for 3 days of sales for my first week. DONT UNDERSTAND how that is…?.

He continued on questioning the RIAA,

Just like the 9 platinum plaques RIAA Just dropped out of the sky this year(not including the 3 that I just received for HOAFM singles). (10 platinums =?) …. FUCK IT, either way I’m thankful for the support. ❤️”

It’s been two years since his last album Royalty, and Brown is determined to elevate the album sales of Heartbreak on a Full Moon with the help of team breezy. He previously reposted a now deleted list of detailed instructions on how to boost sales which included, purchasing multiple copies of the album separately.

Heartbreak on a Full Moon is now available for purchase online and local retailers.
