Eminem sold his lush pad in Detroit for $1.9 million, which is almost $5 million less than what he bought it for in 2003.
The crib has five bedrooms, a lighted tennis and basketball court, a swimming pool and an entertainment cabana, and stretches more than 17,000 square feet.
In other Eminem related news, the rapper released a Beyonce-assisted single called “Walk on Water”. He performed it at the MTV EMAs alongside Skylar Grey, who co-wrote the single. We’re still waiting for another single, a tentative release date, or anything that will give us more information about his forthcoming album, Revival.
