While it seems as if Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter 5 may never see a proper release, we will be hearing new music from the artist soon. Weezy’s manager Cortez Bryant recently uploaded a video via Instagram Live, explaining that a mixtape called Dedication 6 is dropping this month.

“Maybe D6 in November, not December, that’s too long,” he says in the video above. Lil Wayne has stated the existence of the mixtape as early as last year. Producer DJ Drama teased their collab earlier this year on Snapchat, posting a photo of a sign that read “D6.”
