Remy Ma, who recently released a new song, Wake me up, with Lil Kim, stopped by The Breakfast Club morning show last week to speak about her upcoming album and what her primary focus is going forward. The Grammy nominated artist, released a diss track over Nas’ infamous Ether beat earlier this year, targeting Young Money’s Queen, Nicki Minaj. The song became an instant trending topic; sending the hip-hop world into a frenzy.
“I’m so over that,” said Remy. “I’m in a good space. I feel like everything happens for a reason.”
Remy was the definitive winner after the release of Shether as well as Minaj’s reluctance to immediately respond.
In her visit to TRL this week, she revealed her next single will be with the Privacy crooner. Apparently, the song is to be titled ‘Melanin Magic,’ aka Pretty Brown.
As for Chris Brown, he continues to flood the headlines. The Grammy Award winning artist, released his 45 track album, Heartbreak on a Full Moon, on Halloween day and the album has already received Gold certification. Brown is the fastest male artist to receive gold certification in 2017.
