His attorney filed legal documents saying he’s a victim of his fame. Meanwhile prison officials are concerned for the Philly rapper’s well being and put him in solitary to protect him, the environment isn’t good for his mental state.

Meek’s legal team are suggesting “it’s severely inhibiting Meek’s creativity”. Although he’s working out and writing a lot, it’s taking a toll on him. The Wins & Losses rapper isn’t worried about being with the other inmates because he believes he’s respected in the streets and gave back to the communities after becoming a celebrity.

Hopefully the request is approved but he does have a visitation and commissary to look forward to for the first time next week.
