Drake was performing in Melbourne, Australia for the last set of shows of his European Boy Meets World tour, when he spotted a fan in the crowd wearing a Free Meek Mill shirt. The More Life rapper shouted out the fan and then responded with,

“I see you got the, Free Meek Mill t-shirt. Free Meek Mill too, man. Forreal, you right.”

The pair’s feud which dates back to 2015, was initially sparked when Philly’s own Meek Mill, accused Drake of having a ghostwriter. Meek took to Twitter claiming that the Toronto rapper wouldn’t promote his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, because he and his team allegedly learned that Drake didn’t write his own raps.

“Stop comparing drake to me too…. He don’t write his own raps! That’s why he ain’t tweet my album because we found out! ?”

This prompted Drizzy to release two diss records, “Charged Up” and the grammy-nominated “Back to Back,” in response to the accusations. In February of this year, The Boy told Pitchfork in an exclusive interview, that the feud between the two was something he wasn’t proud of.
