Lil Yachty took to Instagram Wednesday to hit the stunt button as he explores his new brand new Maybach.

According to Yachty, this is the fifth car that he has purchased, having bought the white on white luxury vehicle with all cash. Yachty’s new toy took two months for delivery to the Atlanta dealership, but it seems to be to his liking as he takes Instagram followers on a small tour of the new vehicle.

The 20-year-old Atlanta rapper has drawn harsh criticisms from Hip Hop heads, but dismisses the hate with his own success. “If I did it, you can do it too,” says the “Peek-A-Boo” rapper in the Instagram video.

Lil Boat has seen a lot of success in 2017 with the release of his debut album Teenage Emotions, scoring endorsements with Nautica, Sprite, and Target. All while grabbing royalty checks from a few different songs, including the brand new record “Ice Tray” featuring Quavo off their label’s compilation album, Control the Streets Vol. 1, which reached number one on Billboard’s Hip-Hop Album charts.

Yachty seems to have money coming in from all over the place so it is no surprise that the former Alabama State University student chose to flex a little for the ‘gram. The young rapper also made an appearance on the Hip Hop Cash Kings Forbes list this year, and scored a Grammy nomination for the song “Broccoli” featuring D.R.A.M.

Despite his successes financially, many have been critical of Yachty as far as his talent. Most notably, the “mumble rapper” had a spat with former co-host of Everyday Struggle Joe Budden, in which Budden attacked Yachty for not appreciating the older generation of rappers who laid the groundwork for Yachty to be who he is today.

The rambunctious interview led to an ongoing feud between Yachty and Joe Budden – a feud in which was felt mutually by the Migos after an altercation on the set of Everyday Struggle at the BET Awards between the New Jersey native and the rap trio. These shared beefs along with their connection to QC could be what led Yachty and Migos to diss Budden on the “Ice Tray” track from the QC collaboration album.
