Mike Will Made It turned his 2017 into the year of hits as he started out strong with Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles” song quickly reaching the No. 1 spot. Soon after, he earned another hit with Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble,” and kept the momentum going with top ten hits including “Rake It Up” with Yo Gotti featuring Nicki Minaj and other great records such as Ty Dolla Sign‘s “Don’t Judge Me,” Future and Young Thugs’s “Mink Flow,” Sremm’s “Perplexing Pegasus,” and Kendrick Lamar’s “DNA.”
It is clear that Mike Will Made It’s track record is proving to be strong, and a new photo he posted on his Instagram proves that he may have some big collaboration in the works. The Instagram picture depicts him standing alongside H.O.V. himself with the caption “BIG CONVOS 2018. NOTHING SMALL, NOTHING!! WILLY DA CEO,” expresses and reminds fans that not only does he make hits but also he is the owner of Ear Drummers Records, which includes Rae Sremmurd, Two-9, and Eaarz.
The conversation that Mike Will made had with Jay-Z could have consisted of music talk but it is also clear that with all of Jay Z’s ventures it could have aired on the side of business as well. The two of them have worked together previously on “Beach is Better from Jay’s 2013 Magna Carta Holy Grail project and then he has went on to work with Beyonce’s on her successful single “Formation.”
Mike is definitely expected that have a great 2018 and there are conversations going around that he will be working on Rae Sremmurd’s SremmLife 3. Mike will surely be bringing more hits into 2018.
