Takeoff will finally get his long awaited collaborative tape.

It is safe to say that Takeoff is the most overlooked member of hip-hop superstar group, Migos. In 2017, his group mates ,Offset and Quavo, released successful collab tapes. Offset, 21 Savage and producer, Metro Boomin, came together to release Without Warning, while Quavo teamed up with Travis Scott, for Huncho Jack. Many began to wonder why Takeoff has not collaborated with anyone. The wait is finally over.

Lil Yachty hinted at the tape on Twitter back in December, after responding to a fan, who predicted the collaboration.

Since then it has garnered a lot of attention. The Quality Control artist took to his Instagram Live to preview new music and make the big announcement. Watch the video below.

The timeline of the tape is unclear for now, but it is certainly in the works.

Migos has enjoyed massive success over the past year and a half. They do not look to slow down anytime soon. Look out for the release of their highly anticipated album sequel, Culture II, Friday, January 26.
