The DA in Los Angeles County says that Knight broke the law by giving an interview when he is only permitted by law to speak with his attorney.

Donaghy claims that two homicide detectives showed up at her home with search warrants to confiscate her phone over the interview with Suge.

“Believing I had no alternative and frightened by the unexpected arrival of two ‘homicide’ officers at my home, early in the morning, I gave them my iPhone and the passcode and showed them it worked,” producer Nora Donaghy said in court documents.

Suge is currently being held on $10M bail for the murder of Terry Carter and attempted murder of Cle “Bones” Sloan on the set of Straight Outta Compton.

The Death Row Chronicles is scheduled to debut on February 20.
