On Saturday Jan. 27 Eggert revealed the improper acts of Baio in a chilling tweet stating, “Ask @scottbaio what happened in his garage at his house when I was a minor. Creep.” She later tweeted that the act occurred when she was between 14 and 17 years of age.

Baio shared his defending statement on Twitter, a screenshot of a Facebook post where he initially made the announcement claiming that Eggert made an attempt to share her story on Dr. Oz a while back but after investigation was made upon Eggert’s evidence, it was found to be insufficient enough to move forward with the appearance. Such circumstance is exactly why Baio find Eggert’s claims to be “provably wrong.”

“After they reviewed evidence of her deceit … they cancelled the planned show,” Baio said.

During a Facebook Live video, Baio recalled an instance where he was sexually involved with Eggert, but claims she is the one who initiated it. “Now, any normal, heterosexual, red-blooded, American guy, the outcome would have been the same, the same thing would have happened. She seduced me. She came in the house and started kissing me,” Baio recalled.
