When Trevor Noah made Piers Morgan the subject of his latest Trump roast, Morgan took to Twitter to clap back.

In a recent broadcast, Trevor Noah called out Piers Morgan for his apparent bromance with President Donald Trump. While discussing Trump’s interview with Morgan on Britain’s ITV network, Noah remarked that the whole interview, “ was pretty much softball.” This came off as a subliminal reference that the “Good Morning Britain” host went soft on Trump, because Morgan was a winner years ago on “Celebrity Apprentice.” However, the Daily Show funny man even went as far to take a jab at Morgan and call him an, “an unf****ble Colin Firth.”

Noah Described the sit down interview as a reunion of sorts, due to the host’s prior relationship with Trump. Noah even took out the time to point out Trump’s comment, “I’ve missed you” would certainly be on a “list of creepy greetings,” when he walked into the interview. Piers Morgan never being on to take things lying down had this response on Twitter:

Morgan took a shot at Noah saying his humor and skill paled in comparison to former host and funny man Jon Stewart. It is interesting to note that Morgan’s new Twitter display picture is him shaking the Potus’ hand, so that could be anything but telling about the nature of the relationship between the two. With all the “Fire and Fury” the President is under lately concerning his stance on immigration, his inflammatory remarks towards African and Latin nations, as well as his incomparable Twitter fingers, friendship with Trump could come off as solidarity with his controversial views.
