Pisces season has begun and we start off by wishing the Bajan princess, bad gal Riri, Rihanna a happy 30th birthday! Rihanna has dominated the beauty industry with Fenty Beauty, has collaborated with Puma multiple times to secure the bag in the fashion industry, and continues to break records in the music industry.
Born in Saint Michaels, Barbados but raised in Bridgetown, Ms. Fenty started recording demos in 2003. She was given the opportunity to audition for Jay-Z, who was president of Def Jam at the time and was granted a recording contract. Her debut album, Music of the Sun, was released in 2005, and since then she has released eight albums.
Over the course of her career, she’s collaborated with Chris Brown, T.I., Drake and Eminem and many others. She brings sex appeal even when she’s not trying, and even has a street named after her in Barbados on the street she grew up on.
