Music has always been engrained in Brandon Lomax, who is known as TEACH by his fans. To say that it runs through his blood would be an understatement. When he was younger, he was inspired by his father, who would often bring TEACH to his own studio sessions. Though, it took a little longer for the artist to fully delve into a career. It wasn’t until his late teenage years when he realized he too could utilize music to deliver his message to thousands.

TEACH is back with a brand new album, which happens to be his first: “Have a Good Day”. Though he has released his own projects before, he gets extremely candid and somewhat vulnerable with this go-around. “With this project, the concept behind it is showing people the good and the bad and the ugly that happens in my life, and showcasing it to make it more relatable to the listener,” said TEACH. “People get it- the work you put into it, they see it. It’s been cool watching it grow, and continue to grow.” The album’s goal is to inspire the listener to genuinely have a good day. TEACH is all about promoting positive vibes, as he does so effortlessly in “Have a Good Day”.

The growth doesn’t stop just here. In fact, TEACH plans to embark on a full-fledged tour, as he genuinely enjoys performing in front of large crowds. This way, his music can reach the masses of people who could use some positivity and encouragement to do what they love in their own lives. At the end of the day, TEACH’s goal in utilizing his platform for the greater good is to provoke these positive thoughts within his listeners. It’s very inspiring, in and of itself. TEACH closed it out by saying this: “I want to give a shout-out to my brother Andrew, and to the whole dysfunctional family crew. I appreciate and I love you guys”.
