It was only a week ago that we got an official look at the Nike x Playstation 2018 Air Force 1 collab, and already there’s another gaming-fused shoe that’s about to turn heads: the Xbox x Air Jordan 1 Mid.
The shoe incorporates a colorway that you’d expect the most from a collab on this caliber: green and black, dominating the premium suede upper that pays homage to the OG Microsoft Xbox console. Co-branding is seen throughout the silhouette, popping up in places like the shoelaces — four options to be exact! — all the way down to the glow-in-the-dark outsole, designed to resemble the Xbox logo that lit up every time you turned on the console. Still too early to decide who pulled off their kick console theme the best, but we do know it must be mayhem over there in the “Xbox vs Playstation” community!
The Xbox x Air Jordan 1 Mid doesn’t come with release date info, but word is they might drop as a surprise SNKRS release similar to the PS AF1, according to Sneaker News. Keep an eye out for these!
