Outside of Mardi Gras, New Orleans is best known for its beautiful scenery, most notably the Garden District neighborhood’s upscale architecture that sits on decadent fields of greenery. The location is more or less a place of inspiration when it comes to the Saucony crew, who recently just dropped a new Grid SD pack named after the luxe lands.

If the name of the pack wasn’t enough to highlight the N’awlins inspo, the shoe’s use of the New Orleans-patented fleur-de-lis logo on the tongue (seen above) should do the trick. Available color options include grey and purple, with both shoes being accentuated further by a crackled pattern on the side panel that was probably used to emulate the long cobblestone pathways that most houses in the Garden District have leading up to the front door. Both versions provide a clean finish, making this one drop you won’t mind flashing off a little.
