If there’s anyone who knows what it means to reach for the stars, it’s 21 year old female artist Mori White. Ever since elementary, Mori has increasingly grown to love music. It wasn’t until 4 or 5 years ago when she first jumped into studio, which is when she recorded her first song. This moment really defined her career, as it sparked her to keep going and evolving as an artist.

After being inspired by her brother, who was experienced in studio sessions, she took matters into her own hands. As crazy as it may sound, ever since she stepped into the studio, she hasn’t let a day go by where she wasn’t working toward her goals. “Everything has been going great. I can see the growth. Since I’ve gotten serious, every thing is really growing. It’s all about progressing and not being who you were yesterday,” said Mori White. Her hard work seems to be paying off quickly, as people in her close circle and fans have been giving her good feedback. To that, people who have been around since the beginning are completely wowed by her ever-growing musical talent.

Versatility is key when it comes to Mori’s artistic direction, which can be heard in her two new singles: “Lovers Climax” and “Throw It Up”. With her entire album coming out at the end of summer, the rapper-singer wanted to give fans a little teaser of what’s to come. “Lovers Climax” is more of a singing record, to where “Throw It Up” showcases her ad lib skills. “I love both. It takes longer to record singing records because there’s so much to worry about. Rapping is more about ad libs. Both records are on the same playing field,” said Mori. Her album, “Open Door”, is what she calls the introduction to her music.
