Well into his golden years, television mogul and possible victim of character assassination Bill Cosby still has the police called on him as if he was an eight year old selling water without a license.

The wow factor is that it happened on his birthday.

Yesterday (July 12), someone in Cosby’s Cheltenham, Pennsylvania neighborhood felt it was necessary to call the police on the 81-year-old comedian because his jazz music was playing too loud and had been playing since 7am in the morning.

Loud jazz music could be heard coming from Bill’s property, likely from a birthday party, but once officers arrived, everything quieted down.

Cosby’s reps, Andrew V. Wyatt and Ebonee M. Benson, deny the claim, saying, “No police officers entered the property nor did any officer from Montgomery County make a request that the ‘live’ 5-piece band for Mr. Cosby’s birthday celebration, halt their music.”

Law enforcement sources said that officers in Cheltenham received a call Thursday for loud music on Cosby’s street.

Bill’s currently awaiting sentencing after he was found guilty of 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault back in April. He could face up to 30 years behind bars for the crimes.
