Kris Jenner had to count her pennies before being able to make the smallest purchases following her divorce from Robert Kardashian.

The Kardashian family matriarch revealed that he Robert cut off all her credit cards once he filed for divorce.

“I didn’t have anything,” she shares on OBJECTified, which will air Sunday. “I went to the market one day and my credit card didn’t work. I had a market credit card and I’m like, ‘I can’t even buy a tomato.’”

Jenner continued and opened up about her affair with a professional soccer player, calling it one of her “biggest regrets” for breaking up her family. “Because it made it real,” she says. “Like, you think you’re going to come through this period — that was really hard for me.”

Although it seemed like Kris had the happiest life anyone can dream about, she still felt like there was something missing.

“But when you’re in something, sometimes people think the grass is always greener and that was like what I think I went through at some point.”

Jenner and Kardashian, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003 at the age of 59, were married from 1978 to 1991.
