We all knew it was coming, Drake has another number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with the fan favorite “In My Feelings,” replacing the longstanding “Nice for What” at the top of the list.
The surprise smash single from Scorpion rocketed up the Billboard chart with the assistance of a social media challenge tying the banger with a dance, introduced to the Instagram and Twitter timelines by social personality Shiggy.
“In My Feelings” is the sixth number one single from Drake and made a jump from the number five spot in Hot 100 debut to the top spot in just two weeks. The Kiki serenade is the third number one single from the Scorpion album preceded by the aforementioned “Nice for What” and the album’s first single “God’s Plan.” With the latest achievement, Drake has officially spent 40 weeks at the top spot of the Hot 100.
For Drake, everything is going well and the star of his song, Ms. K’yanna Barber, enjoyed time with the rapper this past weekend in Oakland, California.
The Drizzy reign is rolling strong but can Drake get another number one from this album? Don’t count him out.
