If you’re familiar with the unique style of UNITED ARROWS & SONS creative director Motofumi “Poggy” Kogi, you already know the man can put a good ‘fit together like no other. Now, the Japan-based fashion influencer gets to flex his personal steez alongside the Levi’s Made & Crafted crew for a vintage-themed Fall/Winter 2018 capsule.
Poggy was able to sift through the archives over at the San Francisco Levi’s HQ, finding WWII-era pieces in the process that he was able to take back to Japan for a proper reworking. The results proved to be impressive to say the least, with a version of the “Steve McQueen” denim pant and a modern take on the ’90s overalls trend making for proper standouts. Also included are headwear options — unfortunately excluding Poggy’s signature top hat! — a yellow sack coat and button-ups with co-branding seen throughout.
