Jessica Reid, the woman accusing Charlamagne Tha God of raping her at a party had no DNA evidence from the radio personality, according to a rape kit tested by authorities in South Carolina.
Court records from the case obtained exclusively by TheBlast, including a Forensic Services Laboratory Report from a then 15-year-old Jessica Reid shortly after she accused the radio host of rape, shows that there were no signs of forced sex.
Reid, now 32 years old, is looking to take the case to the Supreme Court of South Carolina in the already-dismissed charge against the Black Privilege author.
With the DNA not found and the refusal to re-open the case, this may the nail that shuts the coffin on this case against Tha God.
