Back in January, Queen Latifah sat with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live and got fans a little excited about a Living Single reboot. A viewer called into the show and inquired about the possibility of a Living Single reboot in which Latifah spilled the beans on air letting everyone know, “We’re actually working on it.”
More recently, Kim Coles expressed on Entertainment Tonight that there will be something that Living Single fans can look forward to in the upcoming month that is along the lines of a “reboot.”
“[Queen Latifah’s] been talking, listen what [I’d] love to say is that I have been neither contacted nor contracted. However, something is happening next month that I cannot talk about and that’s all I’m gonna say,” Coles said. “That’s all I can say. The six of us together; a reboot-ish. That’s all I can say.”
Then, just yesterday, Erika Alexander who played Maxine, took to Instagram with a teaser video very much so hinting at a reboot in which definitely put the icing on the cake.
A reunion of some sort is definitely in the works but we can’t wait to see exactly what this secret Living Single project entails.
