Miami based singer-songwriter Barachi was in for a surprise as the Grammy-nominated Tory Lanez premiered their new song “Wifey” in front of close friends and top social influencers at his private birthday celebration in Miami over the weekend.
The event, sponsored by Victor George Vodka, was held at a private Venetian Islands waterfront estate and attended by Winnie Harlow, Zoey Dollaz, Brianna Perry, Rah Ali, Love & Hip Hop Miami‘s Prince, Wildin Out‘s Conceited, as well as other social media influencers and industry elite.
The two R&B artists recently collaborated on the catchy summer anthem with multi-platinum producer ForeignTek, who is known for a countless number of hits for artists such as Bryson Tiller, Travis Scott, Ace Hood and more. “I’m just excited to be working with a Grammy nominated artist and someone I look up to, especially with Tory being known for his successful collaborations in music,” says Barachi.
Lanez has consistently released chart-topping music year-round from his crossover collaboration with Latin sensation Ozuna to his most recent single “Talk To Me” featuring Rich The Kid. It was only a matter of time that the organic synergy between the two artists would cultivate into a dynamic record which is set to release mid-August.
