We were already fans of the Vapormax wave after peeping the “Firecracker” Air Max Plus hybrid that dropped last month, but the Swoosh really takes the cake for giving the revamp to one of its most iconic silhouettes and colorways: the “Neon” Air Max 95.
Officially dubbed the Vapormax 95, this iteration of the classic model blends the best of both worlds to create something completely in its own lane. The OG construction from the Neon 95s you know and love stays in place right up until you reach the midsole unit. From there, the shiny black Vapormax cushioning comes into play, taking the Air bubble unit from the original and turning it into 5 circular exterior bubbles that stand in for the outsole. The only disruption from the dark hue are neon accents in place on the edges of the frontal and heel Air units. If you’re a person that welcomes change with open arms, this is one that will definitely be the perfect fit.
