This week fans and fellow artists celebrated the 60th birthday of Michael Jackson. Announced on his birthday will be the arrival of the King of Pop to IMAX with a special remastered release “Thriller.”
Billboard reports the re-release will be in 3D and is being called “Michael Jackson’s Thriller 3D.” The 3D version of the short film will hit IMAX on September 21 and will only be available for a week. “Thriller” will be able to be viewed before The House With a Clock in Its Walls.
“Thriller” is 14 minutes in length and the estate aims to provide fans with the “latest and greatest technology and entertainment experiences.”
