Chris Brown is going back to court, this time in a continuation of his child support case. The Blast reports the mother of his daughter Royalty has filed new documents that will seek more money from the Heartbreak on a Full Moon creator.

Aiding in Guzman’s case is lawyer Lisa Bloom who is looking to raise the amount that is paid by Brown. Chris Brown currently pays $2,500 a month to Guzman, with $4,000 paid out to the mother of Guzman who serves as the nanny for Royalty. The increase that Guzman is seeking is at the minimum of $21,000 a month. Chris Brown is cited to earn over $4 million yearly, at a mark of over $350,000 per month.

Guzman reports to the courts of having monthly expenses of $3,300 in rent, $3,500 for food and $4,500 in clothes and entertainment for their daughter. With those bills, Guzman states she currently on makes $400 a month from her online clothing business.
