Foxy agreed to perform two songs at the LaQuan Smith party Sunday night at New York Fashion Week for $10k. She was paid $5k in advance and collected the other half when she got there.
TMZ reports that she finally arrived around 2:30 AM, when there were just a bunch of stragglers left, and snatched the $5k check from the promoter’s hand and made an exit. Foxy Brown didn’t sing a single note.

The promoters gave Foxy a reasonable ultimatum: Return the cash or they’re going to take it to court.
