Nicki Minaj dusted off all of her “Barbie Tingz” for her latest music video.
Following a jam-packed weekend filled with wardrobe malfunctions, shoes flying and knots, the 35-year-old rapper casted the puppet versions of her male rap counter parts to star in the visuals for “Barbie Dreams.”
The Hype Williams-directed video, features the Queen rapper dressed in technicolor outfits by some of Hip Hop’s biggest designers.
Some standout pieces include a Dior bra, a full denim look from Chromat, a bejeweled denim undergarment by The Blonds, clear Yeezy pumps and a transparent neon trench coat by Christian Cowan.
Minaj additionally hauled out various expensive archival styles, including a yellow Gucci fur, a gold Balmain periphery neckband and a vintage windowpane-print Gareth Pugh bodysuit.
What also stood out what that Nicki Minaj had the flawless wigs to match installed by Arrogant Tae. All through the video, Minaj switches up her hair to coordinate each beautiful group, demonstrating midsection length canary-yellow bolts, a mermaid-tinted blur, an ooze green bounce and even plunge colored “watermelon hair.”
