Two women were busted Friday on drug charges after one allegedly sold weed edibles at a church in Savannah, Georgia, according to the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team.
Ebony Cooper, 28, was allegedly selling various weed treats; cereal, brownies and puddings that contained marijuana at a church event for entrepreneurs, according to police.
Officials said they advertised the baked goods on Facebook and IG leading up to the event.
Undercover agents bought several items from Cooper, who led her to Leah Pressley’s car, in which a search uncovered several edibles, over $1K in cash and a handgun.
Both women were arrested and booked on felony drug charges.
