Following the untimely death of  Mac Miller, friends plan to honor the young rapper with a concert entitled Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life on Halloween Night at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The concert will feature some of Mac’s celebrity friends, such as Travis Scott, SZA, Chance The Rapper, Schoolboy Q, Ty Dolla $ign, Miguel and many more. Proceeds from the performances are said to be going to The Mac Miller Circles Fund.

Another big story in the news today in the world of Hip-Hop and entertainment, we’ve highlight a young man that has made a name for himself for robbing big named celebrities. 19-year-old Tyress Williams is charged with four felony counts of first-degree residential burglary. Williams was allegedly targeting famous people’s homes. One of the residences hit was superstar singer, Rihanna. According to the LA Times, Williams is believed to work with a crew of other thieves.  LAPD stated that there is a list floating around that also included LeBron James, Viola Davis, and Matt Damon.

The film, How High 2, is expected to premiere on MTV in 2019. It’s going to be the follow up to the 2001 cult classic starring Red Man and Method man. Lil Yachty was one of the first people casted, but he’s not the only newcomer to co-star in the upcoming sequel. The Real Housewives of Atlanta, reality TV star NeNe Leakes and Comedian DC Young Fly have both inked a role on MTV’s How High sequel. Nene took to her IG to share some pics on set with DC, Lil Yachty, and DeRay Davis. DC Young Fly is said to be playing a stoner named Calvin who is playing Leakes’ nephew.
