In a since-deleted post, the Bronx rapper posted a screenshot of a text message between the tabloid’s producer, Charlie, giving a rep from Bardi’s camp a heads up that they’ve received a tip about a forthcoming single that takes shots at her rival, Nicki Minaj. The rep, who is presumably Cardi’s publicist, denied the claims and said that her new song is about money. The “I Like It” rapper doubled down on the statement and confirmed that her song is about money, and it’s dropping October 26th.

She made the announcement after dragging TMZ for “stalking” her and her daughter a few weeks ago for a photo after she stated that she isn’t ready to show Kulture to the world yet. So until Cardi B is ready to show us her daughter, we’re going to have to enjoy the new music on the way.
