Ever since that Iron Man-looking Nike Vapormax 2019 caught our eye last month, we’ve been huge fans of the next-level silhouette that’s clearly ushering in a bright future for the Swoosh. Now, another super colorway is making its way to shelves that’ll definitely have fans of the Silver Surfer geeked.
The “Silver Bullet” Vapormax 2019 is vibrant from all angles, boasting metallic silver piping on the seams to compliment the white translucent upper. The shimmering grey air bubble midsole gives things an extra dose of flavor, but ultimately it’s the underlying lace cage in “Crimson” that gives this shoe its standout pop. The hue is found elsewhere on the heel tab, complimented further with minor black accents on the eyelets, tongue tab and signature Swoosh found on the medial and lateral side panels. While we’d love for these to be a Marvel exclusive, especially given the unfortunately recent passing of Stan Lee, we still give props to Nike for giving us an updated take on the classic Air Max 97 colorway.
