Tory Lanez is now safe and secure after Miami police arrested him outside of LIV nightclub during Art Basel, this past weekend. In the rambunctious video clip of his arrest, the Toronto native is pinned up against his car.

The “Talk To Me” rapper/singer apparently had nothing to do with the brawl that occurred. Lanez explains that he came out of the club and some random guys were fighting around his car. When he gets in the car, the same guys were tussling on his car, which prompts him to get out.

“I open up my car door…. on my side door I had my weapon…. but my s**t is licensed,” says Tory. At that point, someone screams, “yo he got a gun in the f***ing car.”

Once the gun was recognized, the cops swarmed, attacked the Interscope artist. Obviously he was not involved and the officers got the wrong person. Tory Lanez is simply calm in the video explaining the situation.

He recently released the “Talk To Me Remix” remix with Lil Wayne. In addition, he previewed a song sampling T-Pain’s “I’m Sprung” off his upcoming Chixtape 5 mixtape. Look out for its release coming soon.
