Reunited and it feels so good. After two years of a very public separation, media personality and actress La La and future NBA Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony have officially reconciled. The couple had been married for seven years and have an 11-year-old son, Kiyan.
According to a source at US Weekly, “La La and Carmelo have recently reconciled, and they truly still love one another. It’s so obvious when they’re together. They also both want what’s best for their son and are committed to being a family.”
La La hinted at the possibility of getting back with Melo. Reflecting on their separation she said, ““You can get down on yourself and just be like, ‘Oh, the world’s ending,’ and just, you know, really be hard on yourself, or you can say, ‘I’m not the first and I won’t be the last, this happens to people,’ you know, ups and downs, and you just gotta keep pushing forward. I proved to myself that I can overcome a lot of things that probably would have broken some people.”
The couple has been spotted together and Melo made an appearance at La La’s third annual Winter Wonderland holiday charity event at the Gauchos Gym in New York City.
