Queensbridge rap king Nas is requesting that a judge hold his ex-wife Kelis in contempt of court after leaving the country without his permission.

The couple agreed in court to share custody of their 10-year-old son Knight last year, but Nas accused Kelis of being illegally controlling their custody and only allowing him to see their child at her convenience.

Kelis alleges that Nas should be paying more than the court ordered $8K a month that was agreed upon five years ago.

Esco accuses Kelis of violating the court order almost 20 times and took their child to Colombia without his consent.

“In or around December of 2018, Petitioner (Kelis) moved to Cartagena, Colombia and took the minor child without my consent,” Nas says in his court claim.

“On Christmas, Petitioner informed me by text message that although her ‘plan’ had been to bring the minor child back to me in Los Angeles for New Year’s, the plan had changed,” the court claim reads. “She then stated that the new plan was to come back on January 4, 2019.”

Another custody hearing is scheduled for the troubled couple in April.
