Nelly motioned to have the case dismissed last week after Nelly flew to the UK and fully cooperated with authorities there in their investigation. No charges have been filed at any time against the St. Louis icon.

The woman, who has only been identified as Jane Doe, allegedly reported the incident over a year ago, according to her lawyer Karen Koehler.

The lawsuit came less than six months after Nelly settled out of court with a woman who accused him of rape in Seattle after a concert.
