The Super Bowl has passed, along with the halftime performance that was headlined by Maroon 5 but also included Travis Scott and Big Boi.
Online, the performance drew a variety of criticisms from Scott’s use of Spongebob like users did on social media to Adam Levine going shirtless to Big Boi wearing a fur and being attacked by PETA. Some have just called it straight up boring and one of the worst shows that ever was featured at the midpoint of the big game.
Maroon 5 opened the performance and performed their hits “This Love,” “Moves Like Jagger,” and “Girls Like You,” the latter without Cardi B. Travis Scott brought Spongebob-infused “Sicko Mode” to the stage and Big Boi brought Sleepy Brown to the hometown stage for ‘The Way You Move.”
