The Chicago Sun-Times details R. Kelly has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The charges were filed in Cook County and he is set to go to court on March 8.
Additionally, R. Kelly is stated to be under investigation by three different law enforcement agencies. The FBI, IRS, and Department of Homeland Security have also launched investigations into the singer, which ABC7Chicago reports the latter is looking into sex trafficking and child exploitation crimes.
Yesterday, two additional women in Baltimore stated that had sexual encounters and were offered drugs with Kelly while they were teenagers.
