The New York Post reports that prosecutors are asking rand jurors to consider charging the former officers with bribery and official misconduct, not counting the forcible rape, sexual assault, and kidnapping charges.

A rape kit following the September 2017 incident proved that both disgraced ex-cops Eddie Martins and Richard Hall’s DNA was found in the then-18-year-old’s mouth and vagina. The men claimed it was consensual, meanwhile, the victim, Anna Chambers, says it was forced.
