The Slim Shady LP followed Em’s official debut album Infinite and the extended play Slim Shady EP, both released as indie records under Web Entertainment in 1996 and 1997, respectively. Those albums gave the platinum-haired, soon-to-be multiplatinum-selling MC a strong enough clout to garner attention from Dr. Dre and Aftermath, leading to SSLP‘s “Best Rap Album” win at the 2000 GRAMMY Awards and 18 million copies sold worldwide just to name a few accolades. The collection seen here consists of classic merch essentials — tees, long-sleeved shirts, hoodies and caps that feature throwback photos from the project’s promo era, motifs for the award-winning lead single “My Name Is” and a classic album cover crewneck. Also included in the mix are fan keepsakes, like posters, artwork prints and a standout “Slim Shady” LED sign.
